OMPRAKASH
Omprakash is a Holistic healer, founder of the Diamond Age Flower Essences, the Transcendental Mushroom Essences, the Butterfly Spirit Essences, and the in-depth workshop “Manifesting the True You.” As well, he is the co-facilitator of “Brain Crystal Activation - Tuning to Grace” and a meditation instructor.
The approach of his work focuses on helping you to recognize your true essence and innate talents to help you create a deep harmonization within and to live a life full of meaning, joy and fulfillment.

Omprakash has walked the path of meditation and inner development since 2006. Having participated and trained in a variety of healing modalities, meditative therapies and self–awareness seminars, he shares the experience and deep belief that every human being is a unique manifestation of Existence who has within an amazing potential that is waiting to be manifested.
​
His life has led him into intense experiences through darkness and light, initiating him into the deeper and subtler dimensions of the self. He walks his life through the qualities of innocence, acceptance, sensitivity and love and has been given the gift to experience and go through subtle dimensions of life and recognize the divine essence in its different forms.
​
He has experienced his life falling apart and at different stages rising again. Each of these falling apart stages were an ending cycle of evolution and a message from life that he was missing a subtle alignment with his true essence and path. In each rising step he was receiving guidance and tools from inner and outer nature in order to be in finer alignment with his true essence, his path and create a more meaningful life. From these experiences, life led him to create the Flower, Mushroom and Butterfly Spirit Essences and the ‘’Manifesting the True You’’ workshop, which are the basis of his life and lead him step by step into a deeper understanding of his true essence and path.

He leads Diamond Age Flower Essences, Transcendental Mushroom Essences and Butterfly Spirit Essences workshops and trainings; “Manifesting the True You’’ individual and group workshops; and meditation workshops. He offers NLP and Flower Essences sessions, teaches Reiki and is a practitioner of numerous massage systems. In each session and workshop, he sincerely and skillfully shares all of his life’s wisdom and experiences in order to help you achieve the best possible results.

SARA HAWK
Sara is the founder of Luminous Warrior, the creator of the Path of Power, and the co-facilitator of the Brain Crystal Activation (aka Light Code Activation). She graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Maryland with a major in psychology, earned an M.B.A. from Georgetown University, and spent nearly a decade as a senior change management consultant before beginning her entrepreneurial ventures as a spirit guide and soul coach.
Sara has been certified by the Four Winds Society as a Master Practitioner in Energy Medicine and Luminous Healing, holds a Brown Belt and expert instructor certification in Krav Maga, is a certified Fit To Fight Coach by the F2F Republic, and a formerly certified Rape Crisis Counselor in the state of California.

Sara also served as a Director and Senior Trainer for Personal Safety and Emotional Self Care for Global Journalist Security (GJS), and she has been named Honor Guardian by the Mindful Memorial Foundation for her service to fallen soldiers and their Gold Star Families at Arlington National Cemetery.

Sara offers a practical, safe, powerful, whole-brained, embodied and integrated approach to the soul by combining her expertise in change management, team facilitation, self defense training, crisis counseling, shamanic healing, energy medicine, brain functioning, and embodied spirituality. Addressing each person uniquely and individually, her programs and offerings emphasize a grounded, healthy, pragmatic, balanced, personally meaningful, as well as experiential approach to healing, learning and growing at the level of the soul with the purpose of contributing to ecosystems and tending to communities that are healthy, healed, safe and harmoniously thriving.
